What the service is
To Diktio gathers and presents what public sources (EAC/DSD, TSOC, RAEK, TPO, DLS) publish about a parcel. It reports what each source publishes; it does not issue a verdict, an approval or a suitability certificate. Nothing here replaces an official check or permit.
Accuracy and availability
The data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or may have changed. A missing item means the source does not publish it, not that something does not exist. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current, without a guarantee of completeness.
Payments
The parcel check (the only paid service) is billed as stated on the site-review page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at invoicing. Payments run through Stripe.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the content. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
