Do I need an account?

Who carries out the plot check?
Licensed professionals of Renewable Labs and its associates: an environmental engineer, an electrical engineer, an architect and a land surveyor. It is their professional opinion, not an approval by any authority.
What exactly does the site review deliver?
One PDF with four separate signed opinions (from an environmental engineer, an electrical engineer, an architect and a land surveyor) and one visit to the parcel that feeds all four.
Does Το Δίκτυο rank my parcel?
No, on any plan. K.D.P. 289/2026 allocates capacity on published points, but those points come from your project (technology category, network impact, permits you either hold or do not) and not from the location.
